The OleumTech® AD1 Wireless Pressure Gauge Transmitter is designed for connecting up to three 0-5 VDC pressure gauges or analog sensors, providing high resolution 24-bit analog to digital conversion (ADC). The Transmitter provides up to 9.5 VDC to each analog output source. The AD1 has the ability of calibrating zero and max points. It provides removable wiring terminal blocks in its junction box housing to facilitate the wiring process.
DISCRETE INPUT (EXCEPTION REPORTING)
The AD1 is also equipped with one discrete input for connecting to a dry contact or open-drain output/NPN source for state changes. This input can be set for normally open or normally closed. The Transmitter can also report transition counts.
The AD1 features a 32-character local LCD display for instantly reading process data, battery voltage, and RF strength (RSSI). When the display is set to configuration mode, users can set all of its parameters, perform calibration, and connect to a network just using the push button interface without the need of any configuration cables.
The Transmitter relies on power from a replaceable battery. The system is engineered to achieve maximum battery life, providing +7 years of life from a single battery.
Designed for use in Class I, Division 1 (Zone 0) hazardous locations. The AD1 is intrinsically safe, meaning it cannot a cause a spark and can be serviced without being removed from a process.
The OTC Sensor Network is managed using the BreeZ Software by OleumTech, provided free of charge. The Analog/Discrete Transmitter can be configured using the push button interface or BreeZ Software.
COMMUNICATES WITH WIRELESS GATEWAY
The AD1 communicates with an OleumTech Wireless Gateway within its network, creating a highly scalable network, accommodating virtually any I/O requirement.
