Wireless Telemetry

Industrial Wireless Telemetry is based on our patented, autonomous Class I, Div1 certified remote monitor.  These field wireless sensor devices may be used for measuring parameter values such as temperature, pressure, tank liquid level, flow rate, or valve state etc. With our innovative push technology, the measured process data (tag value) is transmitted based on a configured interval without having to poll the monitor/wireless sensor. More importantly, any alarm conditions are reported to the wireless SCADA system as soon as they are detected. This unique sensing mechanism keeps the wireless network traffic to a minimum while reducing the infrastructure costs associated with traditional RTU/PLC devices.

WIO Wireless Sensors and Telemetry provide the monitoring capability necessary at remote locations where cable/wiring installations are impractical and communication/phone lines are unavailable. Our unique packaging consists of the sensor/transducer and power supply housed together with wireless transceiver circuitry and antenna. Converting physical analog parameters to digital electrical signals at the remote end-node eliminates errors associated with analog sensing technology.

Wireless sensors are also offered in a solar panels/ battery powered options.
