Remote Valve Control

In Industrial Process Control, fluid flow around the plant is controlled by servo-driven valves controlled from a central point. In many cases these valves have to be installed in parts of the plant that are remote from the control room and rely on cross-site and sometimes inter-site cables to carry commands to the valves and response from valves back to the control room.

OleumTech’s industrial wireless automation systems enable adherence to environmental regulations by 24-7 monitoring and remote on/off control commands to pressure relief valves as part of emergency shut-down systems.  Remote monitoring devices, WIO wireless sensor and telemetry devices provide scheduled, exception based reporting and on-demand reads for activating/deactivating ancillary equipment.
